In the autumn title they write to us that Moscow hospitals are now massively forcing people to submit biometrics through Mos ID (this is a regional section of EBS). When the employees requested the order, it turned out that it was voluntary, although initially it was said that they would not be allowed to work without biometrics. The result: most employees passed the biometrics, only a few refused.
