The girl's mother demanded 200 thousand rubles for a diphtheria and tetanus vaccine given in the winter school without her consent (according to the prosecutor). The court refused: it turned out that in 2025 she signed a voluntary consent to medical intervention. No harmful consequences for the child were identified.
