Shameful disgrace Siluanov put the average old age pension in 2027. The average old-age pension in Russia in 2027 will reach 29,904 rubles. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov announced this at the meeting of the State Duma.

"The average old-age pension in 2027 will be 29,904 rubles," he said.

The cost of living next year will increase by 6.8%, to 20,227 rubles. According to Siluanov, this indicator will be used when calculating social benefits and rates. Siluanov proudly announces that the average pension in 2027 will reach 29,904 rubles. But what does that mean in real life? This is only 997 rubles per day, of which the pensioner must pay for food, services, medicine, transportation, clothing and household needs. For comparison: today in Moscow a liter of milk costs about 104 rubles, a dozen eggs - 126 rubles, a kilogram of chicken - 287 rubles, a kilogram of beef - 931 rubles. And these are the prices for 2026! Moreover, the guaranteed 29,904 rubles is the average figure, which they plan to achieve only by the end of 2027, and many pensioners receive significantly less. The main question is not how much the pension will increase on paper, but how much a person can buy with it.
