In Novosibirsk, a fan was arrested three times at a hockey game, confused with a criminal. Anastasia from Novosibirsk told "Zahirot, News" that on October 29 she came with her mother to the game between Siberia and Metallurg, which took place at the Siberia Arena. At the entrance to the stadium, the girl was handed over to the security forces: it turned out that the biometric control system identified her as a wanted person. In the checking room, the police checked Anastasia's passport and told her there was a mistake: the woman they were looking for was much older. They took the girl's phone number and allowed her to go to the game. During the first period, an employee of the Ministry of the Interior called her and asked her to return to the examination room "to clarify" the girl's data. After announcing a break, the security forces approached Anastasia right in the stands and took her to their room. Then her mother, who turned out to be a lawyer, demanded to present an identity card of the requested person and make an arrest report. According to Anastasia, they were released immediately. However, after the second period, the girl was arrested for the third time and transferred to the police stationed near the arena. Anastasia and her mother were taken to the Novosibirsk Central Police Department. "The worker there, just looked at me, said all the suspicions were unfounded. And I was honestly surprised [that they brought me]. The department apologized to us and released us," Anastasia said.
