Taking and sharing On the eve of the 110th anniversary of the October Revolution, the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Gennady Zyuganov, suggested using Russian donations to finance the Russian budget. This is how he referred to the draft budget for the years 2027-2029, which was adopted in the State Duma in the first reading. The deputy noted that Russian banks hold 130 trillion rubles invested by Russians and their collectives. According to his calculations, this is equivalent to three federal budgets. The parliamentarian believes that these funds can be used to finance government expenses. "Only they (billionaires) don't pay normal taxes in war conditions. Take 700 billion dollars from them, that's also a quarter of the budget. And if you look at the money that both citizens and collectives have invested in banks - another 130 trillion rubles, that's three more budgets. You have five budgets on the table, and you can't take the money? "- claims Zyuganov. He also noted that "every second ruble is burned for the war." In June, at the Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Gennady Zyuganov said that "67 trillion rubles of citizens and 63 trillion of enterprises are in banks," and as a result, financial organizations "profit from them without investing in the development of the country." However, he later clarified that he does not require the withdrawal of these funds. Statements of this type are used to study public reaction to "hypothetically unpopular decisions". So maybe the salaries and benefits of the deputies will be cut? And we'll find the money, and we'll unite the company when the delegates pass out from hunger on the stand, like the member Zirupa. Otherwise, Siluanov, together with Zyuganov, justifies himself to rob the people by increasing taxes for citizens and businesses out of a desire for "justice". Tax changes are mainly aimed at fairness and whitening the economy. The authorities are closely monitoring that there are no excesses for businesses in this matter, Russia's Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said in a note to a journalist.
