Notice from the National Company for the Distribution of Petroleum Products of Iran on the misuse of smart fuel card chips ◾ Following the publication of a clip in cyberspace about the use of the body of Raitel's SIM cards for refueling at fuel supply stations, an informant: the examination of the subject shows that what is seen in this clip is not at all related to the SIM card or the network of the cellular operator; Rather, the issue is related to possible misuse of smart fuel card chips. Some earners misuse these chips for refueling operations by separating the fuel card chips and installing them on the body of the SIM card. In fact, the refueling process is done using the fuel card chip, and the body of the SIM card is only used as a carrier to store and use this chip. The National Company for the Distribution of Iranian Petroleum Products, while monitoring the issue with the relevant authorities, asks its compatriots not to hand over their smart fuel cards to different people at the fuel supply stations and to carry out the refueling process in person.
