A face-to-face visit by statisticians to 1.3 million households in the census based on the registration of the head of the program and the organization of the budget explained the details of solving the statistical uncertainty and how to implement the new population and housing census. An SMS message was sent to the households that had discrepancies in the 5 elements of the national code, zip code, household size, cooling and heating equipment or housing type. The information of this citizens section will be corrected by answering the SMS and completing the system. After the first phase is completed, approximately 3,000 statisticians will visit 1.3 million households (equivalent to 5% of the population) that have substantial data uncertainty. Filling in the information of this group of households was done in the direct presence of census officers and filling out manual forms.
