The two-time winner of the Stanley Cup, Ivan Barbashev, put his house in Florida up for sale for 232 million rubles. The reason could be that the property is in one of the main cities for LGBTQ+* representatives, and also because the athlete does not want to pay for a villa that he rarely visits. Our Sportsmen's Estate is located in Wilton Estates. It is a small island city in Broward County, known as one of the main checkpoints for illegal ABC officials. After learning about it + thinking the money was going nowhere, I finally put the property up for auction. The potential buyer promises to give: - 1003 square meters of the total area of the estate; - a garage for two cars; - a private pool; - its own shoreline with a bridge; - a house with 4 bedrooms, 7.6 meter ceilings, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. I am also willing to consider the possibility of renting the villa. The asking price is from 1.6 million rubles per month. For reference: Barbashev is a graduate of Dynamo Moscow. In 2019 he won the Stanley Cup with St. Louis, and in 2023 he repeated the success with Vegas. That same year, he signed a 5-year, $25 million contract with Vegas. At the end of the last season 2025/26, he and the team reached the Stanley Cup final again, losing to Carolina. Mash on sports on MAX.
