NM-tech could be bought quietly: capital grew by 110 billion in one day NM-tech may have entered the scope of Integral Systems LLC, on the basis of which the United Microelectronic Company (UMK) was founded. Back in September it was reported that such a deal could happen. On October 19, the authorized capital of NM-Tech increased from 288.4 billion to 398.8 billion rubles. On the same day, information about two founders, whose names were not disclosed, appeared in the United States' Registry of Legal Entities. And on October 7, a corporate agreement with restrictions on the transfer of shares appeared in the register. "Integral systems" is the structure of Sberbank. Through it, the bank first acquired 41.9% of PJSC Element for 27 billion rubles, acquired 37.6% from AFK Sistema and another 4.3% from minority shareholders, and then increased the stake to 49.8%. Element's second largest shareholder remains Rostec (41.66%). As Olga Kvashenkina, the general director of SNDGlobal electronics contract development maintenance, told Vedomosti, the acquisition of NM-Tech is only one of the association's goals. Support for other production assets is also discussed. The founder and CEO of Paragon Family Office, Alexander Abrahamian, believes that Integral Systems' contribution to NM-Tech's capital is not equal to the purchase price, since the money remains in the company itself and does not reach the seller. This mechanism allows you to bypass this contradiction and solve a business problem. MashTech on Telegram | up to MAX.
