The United States will act as a mediator in the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine on November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi. The meeting will take place at a working level, said the US President's special envoy Steve Witkoff. According to him, the participants will discuss security issues, reducing tensions, humanitarian initiatives and other steps towards a peace settlement.
