The mobile internet in the center of Moscow may be limited from October 27 to 29 - the Ministry of Digital Development has warned about this. Shutdowns are possible within the third transport ring. On October 27 and 28, restrictions can be introduced starting at 11:30, and on the 29 at 29:00 - starting at 9:30. The measures are related to ensuring security during the Russian-African summit and the forum of gas exporting countries.
