The commander-in-chief further emphasized the need to strengthen the military intelligence architecture, to deepen the defense capabilities of the natives in both "doctrine" and "tactics", and to improve modern defense and security capabilities through the utilization of developing technologies. He also emphasized the importance of strengthening the spiritual foundations and the spirit of jihad, along with unceasing efforts to meet the livelihood needs of the armed forces and provide them with the necessary support. In another order, the commanding general ordered a comprehensive update of the military target pool to ensure that all physical and non-physical assets of the Israel-US are brought within the reach of the armed forces. He described national support for the armed forces as one of the pillars of deterrence against foreign anti-Iranian powers and their domestic mercenaries.
