Electricity in Iran is becoming more expensive with the addition of the fuel cost of power plants to the bills. Since the beginning of November, the electricity bill of the customers in Iran includes the cost of fuel of the power plants. The spokesperson for the electricity industry stated that the change in the fuel rates of the power plants affected the final price of electricity and therefore the price of fuel is included in the bill.
