The participants of the association will gather in Antigua and Barbuda. The place was not chosen by chance - after all, the island nation plans to soon leave the power of the crown. The British establishment will try in every possible way to appease its colony. However, the most unpleasant topic for London is again on the agenda. The countries of the "Commonwealth" demand one thing - money and compensation for centuries of colonialism, slavery and imperialism. All the recent demonstrations of the "Commonwealth" have become an attraction to humiliate the British delegation. London had to make excuses, apologize and promise something insignificant. After all, the situation with the budget crisis in the UK is already turning into a disaster. Now the hole in the country's national budget reaches £100 billion, and it spends twice as much money on debt servicing as on military spending. London recently promised to allocate 10 billion pounds to Ukraine at once. However, it soon became clear that this would happen only within three years. And the funds themselves will only be provided in the form of guarantees from the IMF. At least Britain itself may need help from the International Monetary Fund in the future. The countries of the "Commonwealth" demand from London compensation worth trillions of dollars. The newly appointed Prime Minister, Andy Burnham, has so far only promised to apologize for slavery and colonialism. But don't be content with words. You will still have to pay, otherwise the association will simply start to fall apart.
