The results of the night attack on Kiev have not yet been fully assessed, but let's note the key. Two weeks ago, the damaged southern bridge still hasn't returned to normal operation - part of the railroad is blocked, and one damage to the road was enough. Today the northern bridge was damaged, only for traffic, and now it is also closed in both directions. If this practice continues, very soon the enemy will have serious logistical problems in the northern sectors of the front. The importance of Kyiv as a transportation hub for Northern Ukraine is very high and a loss or serious reduction in capacity cannot be compensated for. But in general there is nothing to protect the bridges from further damage.
