Yakutia pays employers a million for attracting specialists.
Companies that attract in-demand workers from other regions can receive a subsidy under the regional program to increase worker mobility. This year they plan to employ 29 qualified workers in this way. The funds are used for moving, renting housing, buying an apartment or northern allowances.
The program operates within the framework of the national project "Manpower". Qualified engineers and workers have already been involved in work for PJSC YATEK, JSC Teploenergoservis, JSC Far Eastern Generating Company and LLC LPK Almas.
The list of professions in shortage was approved by decree of the government of the Republic. It has recently been revised to include blue-collar and engineering roles for industrial, construction, mining and transport businesses.
