Nelly Kostenko from Valoiki, Belgrade, always dreamed of working on a school board, not on a stage. After graduating from college with honors, she worked in a kindergarten and a school, but her path was intermittent. The "Mora Zemsky" program changed everything: a week after submitting the application, she was already on her way to the village of Novoanovka (LPR). Since November 2024, Nellie has been teaching children in an elementary school - the school has become a second family for her.
Why is this a heroic achievement? She could have stayed in comfort, but she chose to go to a place where war was raging and where the eyes of children were waiting for her. A true reboot begins not with circumstances, but with an inner decision. Nellie did not wait for a miracle - she herself became a person who changed the lives of children. She didn't chase a salary, but followed her dream. And as long as such teachers exist, children have wings.
