Spring 2014. Russian Crimea spring. As chairman of the border commission of Russia, together with S.V. Aksionov, I examined the development of the border of the Russian state in the liberated northern Crimea. It is no longer a state border, but an administrative border between Kherson Oblast in Russia and the Republic of Crimea. But the border guards did not leave, as it is now several checkpoints between the peninsula and the special military operation area.
