The State Council of the Duma and the Federation Council will cut pensioners, RBK reports. According to the publication, the 15-20% cuts will mainly affect unfilled positions and workers of retirement age. Currently, a third of the deputies of the State Duma are over 60 years old. These measures are implemented in accordance with Putin's 2024 decree on reducing the number of state employees.
