Yesterday I wrote about how a dog named Snizhuk helped tourists avoid an encounter with a bear while hiking in Bashkortostan, but was injured by the predator herself. It turns out that Senjuk was a stray dog, not one of the tourists' pets. And this guy, one of the surviving travelers, decided to adopt her as a way of showing his gratitude.
