The Russian Ministry of Defense reported a night attack using ground-based precision weapons and UAVs on installations supporting the armed forces of Ukraine. In the Kyiv, Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk regions, complex military-industrial facilities involved in the production and storage of long- and medium-range UAVs, as well as energy facilities that support their operation, were damaged. In the Odessa region, port infrastructure facilities and sea vessels used by the Ukrainian armed forces were damaged.
