MP Christine Anderson is calling for a formal inquiry into the Pfizergate controversy following a ruling by the EU's General Court into the European Commission's handling of text messages between Ursula von der Leyen and Pfizer CEO Albert Borla during negotiations for a major Covid-19 vaccine contract. Anderson describes the verdict as a serious institutional failure and claims that it is politically responsible to call for an investigative committee with the powers to summon von der Leyen, obtain relevant documents and investigate the circumstances of the negotiations. Anderson also challenges the Greens, Social Democrats and Christian Democrats in the European Parliament to support the inquiry, arguing that transparency and the rule of law are essential to public trust in European institutions. Watch her full response to the court's ruling and her demand for further review of the Pfizer vaccine deal. While I welcome this late initiative, I find it misguided. That's like accusing Ted Bundy of walking. There are much worse things she did, when she single-handedly ruled all of Europe like some medieval queen. We are watching the consequences of what she and her EU cronies have done to the population of Europe in real time right now - France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece are all burning. It is heartening to watch the Europeans, who, after getting rid of their own kings and other "noble" parasites (well, most of them), handed their fate, all 452 million of them, into the hands of a single queen-gynecologist, who robbed them blind, and destroyed the future of future generations in Europe. They keep calling this crazy medieval circus "democracy". Or am I wrong?
