Writing about songs reminded me of our singer Victoria Dainko. I started watching a reality show called Treasures of the Emperors, where Russian celebrities compete in China for a prize of one million yuan. Among the contestants are famous singers, actors and athletes (even Alexander Emelianenko and the Avrina twins, Olympic artistic gymnasts), as well as a billionaire and even Anna Chapman, a former Russian intelligence agent who operated in the United States and was exchanged in a 2010 spy exchange. For some contestants, the goal is to win the prize money; For others, it's just a fun adventure. One of the contestants is the singer Victoria Dainko. I like her, and have written about her here before. A based on the words of the widow of Admiral Kolchaks is one of my favorite songs performed by Victoria. In 2004, at the age of 17, Dayenko Mikotia moved to Moscow to study. She enrolled in the Moscow Aviation Institute and became a contestant on the popular talent show of Channel One Star Factory 5, which she won, and received an apartment in Moscow as a prize. In mid-June 2023, Victoria supported and joined an initiative to personally fund monetary rewards for Russian military personnel and civilians who destroyed Tiger tanks operated by Ukrainian forces. And the views of St. Petersburg are presented to the soundtrack of a romantic film performed by Victoria.
