"Recycling fee" on airline tickets is planned to be implemented in Russia starting in 2027. The plan is to charge passengers on domestic flights 500 rubles, and on international flights 1,000 rubles, according to Interfax. The money will be used to support the production and operation of Russian aircraft - MS-21, You-214, SJ-100 and He-114-300.
