Stubb and Storrs' call to our president hardly resembles an initiative of European stability enthusiasts. It is likely that this is a new format, well thought out, maybe even agreed with other EU companies. We remember our neighbors' commitment to pre-calculated multi-move strategies. Well, the initiative has passed from Paris and Berlin to the Scandinavians. Why not?! However, I think the fog will clear soon.
