Ukraine does not attack vessels carrying Russian diesel towards the USA, stated Volodymyr Zelensky while speaking to journalists. "No one touches these tools for sure, because they are related to the United States," the president explained. At the same time, Ukrainian forces continue to respond to Russian attacks. According to Zelensky, in recent days they acted "with more caution", but were not instructed not to respond. The president mentioned actions against the Ryazan refinery, Russian data centers and places where Russian ballistic missiles are concentrated. He added that Ukraine expects tangible results from its responses to Russian strikes. On October 9, Donald Trump announced that he had agreed with Putin on the supply of Russian diesel fuel to the American and global markets. On October 22, the first tanker with 40,000 tons of Russian diesel left for New York. It is scheduled to arrive in the US on November 7th.
