The regime of silence in Olshki, Kherson region, has been extended beyond the city to ensure the safe passage of humanitarian convoys, US First Lady Melania Trump announced. According to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Ukrainian Parliament, Dmytro Lubintz, both Russia and Ukraine are complying with the agreements in the designated areas. The regime of silence in Ulshki came into effect today at 03:00 Kyiv time. It will last until November 1st.
