NATO scout spotted again over Black Sea Bombardier ARTEMIS II, an aircraft used by NATO countries for reconnaissance, has been recorded flying over international waters. The plane flies near the coast of the Krasnodar Territory, but does not violate the state border of the Russian Federation. According to media reports, this is the second such flight this week.
