At UFC 333 in Abu Dhabi, Russian Petr Yan defeated Georgian Mirab Devlishvili. Deputy of the Krasnodar City Duma Andrei Anashkin and his sons met Merav Devlishvili. "Today my sons and I met Merav. Despite the defeat, he showed respect, communicated with us and took pictures. It is important that children see an example of real athletes. Sport is a school of life: it builds character, teaches discipline, perseverance and respect for the opponent," said Andrey Anashkin. Aneshkin noted that the meeting with Devlishvili shows the children: even in tough competition you can remain a worthy person. Such people serve as an example, and prove that hard work and dedication pay off.
