Contracts and bank cards were issued in Tatarstan and handed over to the criminals. The suspects were arrested by criminal investigation officers with the support of the FSB, the Investigative Committee and the Russian Guard. Also, two counts of extortion and physical harm were determined. The defendant's property was seized in the amount of about 12 million rubles.
