The age of young people in Russia may eventually increase to 40 years. Today in the Russian Federation, youth is considered a socio-demographic group of people aged 14 to 35 years inclusive. "I assume that after some time we will push the upper limit of the young age to 40 years," said Valery Fedorov, general director of the VTsIOM analytical center. According to him, during the last 15 years the ideas regarding the age of young people have changed due to the fact that many opportunities and possibilities have opened up for Russians. "If earlier it was necessary to convince people that 50 years is not the end - interesting books have been written about it - now there is no need to convince anyone of that," he added. So the main question is not who and under what conditions will get control over the savings of the "quiet people". And who and under what conditions will carry out another "pension reform" in Russia.
