Ukraine received another 4.36 billion euros from the European Union as part of a 90 billion euro loan. Of these, 3.7 billion euros are macro-financial aid, another 660 million euros are the defense component, said Prime Minister Seri Koretsky. This is the second batch of three planned for 2026. To receive it, Ukraine fulfilled all 12 political conditions of the European Union.
