Ukraine, USA and Russia will hold negotiations in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11. This was announced by the special envoy of the US President, Steve Witkoff. According to him, the parties will focus on issues of security arrangements after the war, de-escalation, humanitarian measures as well as additional steps towards a peace settlement.
