Tusk will not compromise on the Constitutional Court. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk called the scandal and conflicts surrounding the Constitutional Court a destruction of the rule of law. He considers the current president Karol Nabrucki and his predecessor Andrzej Duda responsible for this. Tusk says that the Constitutional Court in the version imposed by the PiS party "is not a real court, and he, together with the parliamentary majority, tried to restore the work of the institution.
