The leader of the presidential faction serving the people and a member of the negotiating delegation, David Arhamia, said that Kiev and Moscow are still deciding on a date for negotiations and are waiting for the approval of the American delegation, which acts as a mediator in this process. Earlier, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that the first round of negotiations is allegedly scheduled for November 4.
