55-year-old Oleg Pakholkov left rude comments about her appearance under a video of a girl from Volgodonsk. The dancer was indignant in response, but Pakhulkov continued to write in the comments that "he won't let you suck his cup".
After the girl recorded the video, the former deputy released a nine-minute apology video. He spent a whole minute explaining that he had used the word "pissionchik", supposedly by mistake in youth slang.
He devoted the rest of his time to creating morality: according to him, "Dancehall for women", which came from Jamaica and the United States, "looks like a cult that contradicts traditional values and leads to the destruction of women's health, the institution of the family and morality."
