Frogs have every right to croak at night. This was decided by the Austrian Supreme Court, which heard the case of a local resident. It all started when the man went to the district court. He complained about his neighbors who built an artificial pond in the area where frogs had settled. Because of them the Austrian suffered every night and could not sleep properly. Initially, the court sided with him and ordered the owners of the pool to solve the problem and cover the costs of 30 thousand euros. To calm the frogs, the neighbors added pike to them. However, they successfully appealed. So the man appealed to the Supreme Court. But the judge did not support him and recognized the frogs as legal residents of the pond. - Listen to the sounds of nature offline without registration.
