Protesters pelted police officers in Tirana with Molotov cocktails. In response, law enforcement officers used water cannons and through loudspeakers called on the protesters to leave the compound near the building. In the capital of Albania, student protests resumed on October 31. According to reports, 269 people under the age of 18 were arrested.
