Zalgiris star Maxwell Lewis could leave: is the system not working? The American basketball player Maxwell Lewis, whose rights belong to Zalgiris Kovna, who finished the season on loan at the London Lions Club, may change teams in the near future. According to Carpsinis. Netto, Luis, 24 years old, cannot fit into the game plan of coach Tautides Sabonis. In EuroCup his figures are only 2.6 points and 1.8 rebounds per game. In the British league it is a little better: 10.3 points and 3.4 rebounds. Lewis previously defended the colors of the Juventus Otana club, with whom he took second place in the Lithuanian championship. Then the player signed a long-term contract with Zalgiris, but now his sporting future is in doubt. Such personal decisions only highlight the lack of a clear strategy among the club's management, which may negatively affect the integrity of the league and the interests of the fans.
