A lawyer and a notary are expected to be fined for allegedly depriving her of her apartment and her old money. The prosecutor asked former judge Roland Weinbergs and former notary public Inga Mutina to fine them for allegedly robbing an elderly woman who lost her apartment due to debts on electric bills, despite the fact that she had money in her account. The clerk did not withdraw the money from the account, but put her apartment up for auction. The elderly woman never received the money for the sale of the apartment.
