A culture of respect: how to prevent bullying among children and adults The 3rd All-Russian Anti-Bullying Forum "We need to talk! " Held at the Human Rights House. This year it brought together more than 300 participants: government officials, teachers, psychologists, public organizations and youth. It is fundamentally important to me that the problem of bullying will not be silenced, and that every person, regardless of age and position, can count on support and protection. After all, not only children and teenagers, but also adults, including teachers, face bullying. This phenomenon can only be resisted through the joint efforts of families, educational organizations and society. As part of the forum, special screenings of the new film adaptation of the movie "Scarecrow" were also organized. Participants will be able to discuss the issue with psychologists and share their experiences - whether they encountered bullying or witnessed it. I thank Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Olga Petrova, Deputy Minister of Culture Sergey Pershin, the team of "We need to talk! " The project, Elena Kalgina, Elizaveta Kochatkova, experts and all participants in this important work.
