We help the residents of Alsheki to settle down after leaving.
MFC instead was organized in a health center in Simferopol, at a temporary stay point. Specialists came to people to help restore documents and solve necessary problems on the spot.
Alsheki residents could apply for or approve SNILS, get a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and apply for citizenship issues, renewing passports and birth certificates. Workers helped to register for state services and talked about social support measures. The work of the bank representatives was also organized to open accounts needed to receive payments.
People have already received SIM cards. After an experience, it is especially important to be able to call family, hear a familiar voice and say that everything is okay. We also took care of leisure time: we organized a festive evening and a separate program for children. I want the children to have reasons to smile, and the adults to be able to take a little break from worrying.
We also keep in touch with those who voluntarily left for other cities. We connect regional representatives so help is close by.
