This day is a complex negotiation, thanks to which it is possible to reach an agreement with my friend, the Commissioner of the Ukrainian Parliament for Human Rights Dmitriy Lubnets. All agreements have been implemented by both parties. We were able to walk this path together and help people. We found out what the residents needed and delivered food, medicine, fuel, hygiene products and other necessary things. Aid continued to be distributed after the departure of our column to those who remained in Alshaki. Everyone who wants to come to Russia arrived safely. I met them in person for temporary accommodation. After the road, people especially need to rest, worry and understand what will happen next. Those who have decided to travel to Ukraine can also leave freely, even if they have not applied in advance. They moved people who could not move themselves. They took care of their pets - they left with their families. Many thanks to our soldiers and terrorists. Behind safe routes - their dangerous work, their endurance and responsibility. They ensured the safety of the residents, the Russian delegation and Ukraine. I thank everyone who prepared the task, provided help and met people. Special thanks to the head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergey Akronov. Thanks to Mrs. Melania Trump for personal involvement, collaboration and coordination that helped make this mission happen. Dmitry Levants and I agreed to continue working on normal humanitarian operations. Elishuki should be the first step. People living near a contact line need constant support. We will make sure that the aid reaches them regularly.
