We went to Alyushki to carry out a humanitarian mission. Our main mission is to provide humanitarian aid to the people who remain in the city. We will also provide a safe exit option for those who want to leave Alyoshaki. We have been preparing this mission since May, carefully considering every step, including preparing a humanitarian convoy. Behind today's departure are months of negotiations and work, without which the mission would not have been possible. We operate under agreements with Ukraine's Verhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubintz, with the assistance and coordination of the First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump. My colleague Dmitry Lubintz has already arrived in Belarus, where my apparatus met him. And from there it will also go to Aleshki. For me, this work began long before the current assignment. Since 2014, she has helped organize humanitarian aid and transport children from the fighting zone in the Donbass. I know how much effort each trip like this requires and how important it is now to bring agreements to real help. The main thing now is to reach people and deliver what they need. I want to say special thanks to our army, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, all relevant intelligence services, colleagues from domestic politics, leaders of regions and cities, without whom this task would simply have been impossible. And a deep bow to the army, who, while risking their lives, takes care of security and carries out mine clearance work on the road.
