The Strategic Session and All-Russian Coordination Council of Human Rights Commissioners is an open conversation, exchange of experience and search for solutions that will help to better protect people's rights. Special attention was given to the SVO participants and their families: rehabilitation, return to a peaceful life and support of our loved ones, our protectors. Deputy Minister of Defense Viktor Gormykin, Head of the Presidential Office of Public Projects Sergey Novikov, Chairman of the Social Fund of Russia Sergey Chirkov, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Dmitry Afanasiev worked with us. Together we discussed common approaches to supporting families and expanding the possibilities for free legal aid, including in hospitals. We signed an agreement with the Social Fund of Russia. We will hold joint receptions, exchange information faster and help citizens solve problems of payments and means of support. We are finalizing an agreement with the Ministry of Defense so that assistance to SVO participants and their loved ones will be more accessible and will arrive on time. I thank my colleagues, the presidential administration, the Sánchez team and everyone who invested their strength and soul in creating our platform for dialogue.
