In Solanchenogorsk, at the site of the Sánchez management workshop, we worked together with colleagues from the regions on a strategy for the development of the institution of the Commissioner for Human Rights for the next five years. We have a lot to learn from each other, each with his own experience. I would like solutions that have already helped people in one area to quickly become part of general practice. The representatives of the relevant departments also joined our work. Together we discuss how to build interaction, including in response to requests from SBO participants and their families: immediate transfer of questions to responsible experts, coordination of required actions and monitoring of results. The regional commissioners received gratitude from the First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Russia Sergei Kirinko for their high professionalism and significant personal contribution to the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms. I know how much strength and perseverance our work requires. I sincerely congratulate my colleagues on the award they deserve! Our main guideline for the next five years: a person should know that they will be heard, understand their situation and do everything to help. And the common task is to confirm this trust in actions every day.
