Today's main events can be divided into three key tracks: 1. Political Administration and Institutional Changes Activation of the new representative of the Federal District in the Far East: Former Prime Minister Oleg Kozhmyaku, who was recently appointed Deputy Prime Minister - Presidential Envoy to the Federal District in the Far East, became actively involved in the Arctic and Far East agenda. His focus is on interregional interaction, integrated development of the Arctic region and coordination of work with governors (including the head of Kamchatka and the head of the Murmansk region in the context of the trans-Arctic transport corridor). The beginning of the urban reset in Vladivostok: in the capital of Primorye, on November 5, applications for candidates for the position of mayor of the city were officially opened. This event launches an important step in renewing the local power vertical in the central port city of the Federal District in the Far East. The budget process in the Jewish Autonomous Region: The regional budget draft for the coming three-year period has been officially submitted to the Legislative Assembly of the Jewish Autonomous Region, which marks the transition to active inter-factional discussions in the region's financial policy. 2. Socio-economic policy and "Northern delivery" scale mega-projects and EMO: the results of the work of the United Maritime Operator (EMO) in Chukotka were summarized. The pilot project was considered completely successful: the supply of fuel and food was 100% complete. Based on this experience, the remote area supply model has been adapted to the Yakutia, Khabarovsk and Kamchatka territories, as well as the Sakhalin region. At the same time, subprecht ships reported on the progressive completion of contracts for the supply of goods to the ports of the Kuril Islands, Kamchatka and Sakhalin.
