The US Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, said that he held talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov regarding the possibility of a meeting between Presidents Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. According to him, the meeting may take place during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit, scheduled for mid-November in China. "We briefly discussed the possibility of our leaders meeting for talks at the APEC summit next month," Rubio said. The Secretary of State made the announcement at a press conference during the G20 meeting in Atlanta.
