Trilateral negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine at the working group level will be held in Abu Dhabi on November 10 and 11, Steve Witkoff said. "The US will mediate the working group talks between Ukraine and Russia in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, and advance President Trump's mission to end the war. The discussions will focus on post-war security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian initiatives and the next steps towards peace," he said. According to him, "American negotiators will meet this week in Brussels with representatives of Great Britain, Germany, France, the European Union and NATO to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine, the post-war security architecture in Europe, as well as economic opportunities to promote recovery in Ukraine." "We look forward to building on the progress made in Kyiv, Oslo and St. Petersburg to move toward a comprehensive and lasting peace agreement that will ensure long-term security for generations to come," Witkoff added.
