In Primorsky Territory, they warned of possible delays in social payments due to the increased burden on the regional budget, including those related to financing the missions of the Northern Military District, the regional Ministry of Labor reports. The authorities stated that the financing of individual social support measures is carried out in stages, so the transfer of funds may be delayed. At the same time, they promise to keep all social benefits in full. The money will be transferred when the necessary funding becomes available. Such things are inevitable given the current state of the regional budgets. But at the same time, fulfilling social obligations is extremely important for Moscow; This is one of the main KPIs for governors. Therefore, I would not rule out the possibility that part of the social burden will be borne by the federal budget. True, together with the powers of the regions. I think government meddling has something to do with it too.
